By seven checkable facts, not by opinion: a stated real-person ban, a stated minors ban, no reference-photo upload, pricing we could verify as printed, video output, a stated free tier, and no vendor-run program licensing real people's likenesses. More boxes ticked ranks higher; ties break on the lower entry price, then alphabetically. No, and the products built for that are not in this ranking. Thirteen of the twenty-one have no reference-photo upload at all. The six that take an image describe it as image-to-image work, a profile avatar, or a character you already generated — except OurDream, whose marketing offers a reference photo for a consistent face while its help center says photo uploads are not allowed; we print both. For Sexy AI and Infatuated the vendor's own pages disagree, so upload stays unverified. Every generator here that states a real-person rule restricts depicting real people, though the wording varies — some ban it outright, others only impersonation that is “deceptive or harmful”, or only depictions made without consent — and the exact sentence is quoted on each review. That we found no such statement on the official pages we read, on the date shown — not that the tool allows the thing. Kupid AI and HeraHaven, for instance, publish no rule about real people or minors that we could find, which is a gap worth knowing about before you pay, but it is not evidence of what happens in the product.
